You probably should have got there at 10.20 AM instead, that is unless you were. Blame the Cambridge Police and never EVER ring expensive phone-up tech support. We all have our tech support horror stories, I doubt if many of those smeggers are actually involved in the product they are representing. Dont end up like the person I mentioned earlier in this thread.
