"Our couriers deliver between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday (Public holidays excluded). You should ensure that someone will be available between these hours at this address to sign for and receive the parcel. Our couriers will attempt 2 deliveries - after this, the package/s will be returned to our warehouse and you will be credited for the cost of the goods but not the shipping charges." I was already ordering my upgrade when I noticed that text... I cancelled the order. If I have no clue as to when they're trying to deliver it, how do I know when I'm supposed to be at home? I can't just sit here every day from 8am to 6pm... :(
