As a former reference librarian, I am absolutely appalled at the MAT files crowding out poses and spilling into cameras and faces. MAT files are not needed. They are a lazy persons's crutch. However, since folks have become accustomed (habituated?) to them, I am glad that Poser 5 will allow proper labeling of folders and MAT files can go off by themselves, where the artists who rely on them can find them and where the artists who avoid them can... avoid them.
