I've had great success reporting bugs to e-on using their tech support forum. So there is a way to report bugs. I usually get a response in 36 hours.

Getting to the page where you contact a technician takes several steps:

From e-onsoftware's main page

• click support button
• click tech support button
• select Vue 4 and Solving a Software issue from drop-down controls
• select continue to knowledge base
• type in a keyword and select search
• select the contact technician button

Fill out the form and your there.
