Ah yes, "Computers Unlimited" I remember them well... I tried get an upgrade from p3 to p4, (before CL started shipping P4 again) I got shepherded to thier website, found the software, no details, couldn't add it to my basket as I had no account. Go through intrusive account creation process, login, access page. Find price, still can't find "add to my basket" contact support, who treat me like a moron, "what browser are you using?", "start from front page, tell me what you see..." etc. When I finaly convince them I'm not a moron, I have the right page I just can't add the thing to my basket, they say, "Oh, that's because it's out of stock..." "So WHY is the program still shown as available?" "Company policy, it's easier to simply remove the link than it is to yank the whole page" "Arrrgh!" They suck, buy it elsewhere! later jb
