Okay, did a quick test to get the settings. Not perfect but it works. (An easy way to apply these is to save the dial settings in a text editor, then select the body part (chest) in Poser, copy the settings from the TE and use the paste command into Poser to apply the settings to the dials.) Again, not saying this is the best way to go - to be honest I would use a few magnets as well if I were doing this for a render - but it gives you an idea of how I set the dials for the pose in the picture.
