I had this very error yesterday. System is a P4 2.2 ghz, 80gig HD and 1 gig of RAM running WinXP. Tried everything I've seen before. Finally, on a whim and a gut feeling, I deleted the geometry .rsr files of all the objects in the scene. I then started Poser and the scene rendered with no problems. I can only imagine that somehow, someway the .rsr files got corrupted. I have read from others where they would delete all their geometry rsr files from time to time. Might not be a bad idea. However, I am hoping that Poser 5 will eliminate this apparent problem. Take care and be well. casamerica
