I can point you toward a nice ferret mesh, but you'd have to make it poseable yourself.

The 3D Studio

Look in the Creatures section. It's by Andrew Gregory Baca, in 3DS format. No textures or UV-mapping, although it has some material groups. The mesh itself is in good shape; no degenerate vertices or inverted normals.
