hauk, First, thanks for the edit and the etymological discussion. You can also be a "slave" to your work, which was the intended meaning. Perhaps, since I wrote the post, I do not particularly see the combative content. Does it incite some emotional or reactionary response? Yes, as it was intended to do so. However, that is almost irrelevant since the focus is getting solutions to issues. I grouped all current concerns that I was aware of because, to me, it is far easier to read through a "laundry list" of general issues than to take up space and bandwidth by addressing each topic individually. Since these topics have already been discused, at great length, it would have been quite presumptuous of me to feel that I had the "editorial rights" to sum up the entire community's concerns by creating individual threads. As Nos has already started a thread on Content Paradise, I take it that CL will effectively carve out what they wish to discuss in individual threads. I chose the title specifically to incite some response from CL, since it was clear that the individual who stated that answers were forthcoming made posts without addressing the issues or giving the users any feedback as promised. Call it a nudge or a challenge, depending upon your interpretation, but it did apparently spark the discussion on the Content Paradise, and therefore achieved its purpose. === Ray, Note the timestamp on the post. I did not make the post at 09:00:01 am PST on Tuesday, yet I waited the entire business day to see if there would be any responses; which there were none. In fact, I suspect that the timestamp is in EST, so the post was made at 17:36 (5:36 pm) PST, after the normal close of business. I would hardly classify that as jumping "on the cases without giving them time to actually consider the concerns".
