Okay, I got the Freebie Dragon and, thinking that it was just a limited version of the old DAZ Dragon, d'ld a bunch of textures for the old one, none of which works. I couldn't compare templates 'cause DAZ doesn't have a link for free dragon templates. What I want to know is: Is the full Millenium Dragon a whole different critter from the original DAZ Dragon or are there things that are interchangable (like on Vicki/Mike 1 & 2). Do the textures from the full version of Mil Dragon work on the free version (my current machine probably can't handle the fulll dragon; it chokes on Mike sometimes as it is). Thanks for any clarification.

The Mil Dragon is 100% new and unique. It is as different from the old DAZ Dragon as Mike is different from the P3 Nude Man.

There was a link to textures templates on the LE Mil Dragon page. I downloaded them at the same times as I initially got the LE version(I have the full version now as well). If your machine chokes on Mike it's going to choke on the dragon with all the textures, there are a LOT of templates.

The textures work just fine on the LE dragon, as it is the same .obj. The difference is that the full dragon .cr2 has about a gazillion more morphs than the LE version. If you want the texture templates, download them from the millenium dragon product page at DAZ. There are loads of maps to do though!

Or you can wait until the texture makers get through with it she says, rummaging through a big pile of scales I'm finishing a wookie, some horses and a Mikeskin and then I can do the dragon :)
