When I work with the Dork, almost every dial and half a dozen morphs come into play. And I'm not looking to create fantasy creatures, just interesting people that one might actually see on the street. I posted an image of some of the work elsewhere here in the forum, and it's always cool when people claim that "couldn't possibly be the Dork!" If you're looking to learn how to create morphs, talk to DuaneMoody -- he's without a doubt the resident genius at this. I'd be lost without him, and his Toybox site, although sometimes tough to get to, is worth the effort for all the tools you'll find there.
