I can't tell from your screenshots, but do you have Pro Pack? If so, you should be using the MAT Millennium Dragon PP poses, rather than the P4 poses. If you don't have Pro Pack, then you'll have to convert the bump maps to .bum format manually. Relaunch Poser, and apply each of the bump map JPEGs to the ground plane. Poser 4 will convert them to .bum format and write them to your hard drive. Then you should be able to use the P4 MAT poses without difficulty, assuming you don't run out of memory. I hear that the high-resolution maps eat up quite a few system resources. But 1GB under WinXP should be plenty.
