Drag the .pz2 to Notepad (it's easiest if you have a shortcut for it on your desktop, then Edit>Replace and type .bum in the "Find what" field and .jpg in the "Replace with" field (the fullstop to start makes sure you don't change the BUMPMAP entry, or files with bum in the name to differnetiate the bump maps).
