I deal with tons of air companies and ground, Philywebrider try not to worry, I am sure you will get it today. Also, I agree with what was said above this post, sometimes the right hand has no idea what the left is doing. So take heart, I am sure you will get it today, I paid for ground, mine was in Ohio on Sunday, so I will probably get mine on Wednesday.
