I use Wordpad as I didn't realise Notepad had a 'find and replace' feature! :) Run notepad, and find your pose folder with the MAT files in. Choose 'All Files' in the 'files of type' box, and open the .pz2 file. Do as RHaseltine says with the Replace dialog box. When it's finished, save it and if you get a .txt extension at the end of the .pz2 you will need to get rid of it. Remove the .txt at the end of the filename to leave it ending in .pz2 and although Windows will worry about changing a file's extension, don't worry about it. Then apply it in Pro-Pack. Have fun :)
