For comments. To be honest there are a number of these dresses out there and I'm not sure whether to spend the time putting the final touches to this one, or do something different. Which prompts the question: what characters do you want to see? a) lingerie b) futuristic c) warrior princess d) medieval e) knight f) other I'm away the next few days so I'll be interested to see your responses when I get back. Regards PhilC pcooke@mis.net

Though I have always enjoyed the "other" categories, I would like to see medieval. Marge

i agree with guesswho, more medival stuff would be nice. please

I agree with Allie on the lingerie and warrior princess things. Way too much. I'd like to see some other historic periods represented. Maybe some Colonial styles, definitely more Medieval, and hardly anyone has touched on the Pioneer era of the U.S. There are so many different things I'd like to see. How about a man's Edwardian frock coat, open in front? Definitely more men's things. There's more than enough things for the female characters. I hope this helps some. Melanie

I like it, want it. Need a good Dragon Lady for Terry 'n Pirates era.

Double up what Allie and Melanie said. I can do TONS of things with the femal poser figures - the articles I have been illustrating have a whole bunch of female figures - to the point where the folks I am orking for are starting to wonder if I can even do a male doctor....

The dress looks great. you went this far with it, i guess go ahead and finish it. What do I wan't to see more of, Medieval and knights.

"..more than enough lingerie and warrior princess outfits"??? -preposterous! ;-) ...although you guys have made me think, .i.e. I've just done some maps for the female running short to turn them into unzipped bluejean cutoffs & it now occurs to me that a version for the male shorts WOULD only take a few extra minutes. Same could be done for many texture mapping projects. cutoffs4_open03.jpg (-with apologies to Phil for the thread detour & the attachment of salacious imagery)

To PhilC, yes to all of the above choices as long as there are both male and female versions. I like the dress and I'm going for it in a few mintues. Nance, thanks so for thinking of poor Poser Dork also when making stuff!

I love this style of dress whether it is Hollywood style or realistic! I've been hoping someone would do one with a dragon. Finish please! I would have hoped for a more all- over, almost art nouveau coiliness to the dragon motif, but I'm not picky, and this is very nice.

I like the Medieval stuff, too. Always have, always will. Maybe some Japanese feudal stuff.

Being a little more specific I personally like the Italian Renissance style clothing and I would really enjoy seeing some Gypsy garb. The Japanese feudal would be great also. Marge

Phil, My .02 here. We have several zillion articles of clothing, & clothing maps but yours are some of the best around, so they are always welcomed. I would say it would be best when there are enhnacement props that can complete the setting in which the clothes are applied. Props like wall maps, buildings, etc. In addition bump maps & transmaps seem to be infrequently used by many. They take things to a new level when done well as you know very well. Sometimes an enhancement would be as useful as an original creation. Kind of like your french maid set.
