You can import it into Poser, then if you have your texture map, go to materials library, select from your list of materials and assign your texture map to it, then go to the props library, click the little plus at the bottom of the library and give it a name. You should probably put your object file in a geometries folder and your texture map in where ever, but don't move them or when you go to your props library it won't be able to find it.
