Just open the "item name" folder, grab its "Runtime" and drag that to your Poser 4 folder. In WinXP, if you keep the default Zip folders association for .zip, you can open the source drag the Runtime directly into place (if you have the folders visible down the side of the explorer window then double-clicking a zip folder automatically opens it in a new window, which is handy).
