I'd much rather have a crowded screen than have to endure a lower refresh rate, although even that would be better no P5 at all. A bigger monitor is the next thing on my list, but it may be a while.:( At least I know Kupa was telling the truth about P5 working at 800x600. You had me worried there for a while...;) Thanks for the follow up!:)
De nada. Sidenote in case any CL'ers are reading this: It seems that many of the reported bugs are cured by some kind of "refresh" action. I wonder if the new complexity of P5 has brought out the worst in some uninitialized variables, or invalid assumptions of Win MSG order?

Yesterday I reported that the parameter dials were unavailable in 800 display. Well, in the interim, I fiddled around with display set to 1024, and then accidentally started P5 when the display was set to 800 again. The parameter dials are now present! As kupa said, it's mighty crowded. Still, P5 is now usable, pending the arrival of a new monitor. So the problem must be something like a configuration file that isn't allowed to register "parameters showing" unless the display is larger; but once that flag is set, the parameters show in any display resolution.
