As a (fledgling) vendor myself, I've also been wondering about this. As a Poser 4 user, I will be sticking with it for a while. Like you, I use Poser as a tool that simple represents one cog in the overall "machine". I enjoy doing postwork as well. Poser 4 as it stands works well as an illustration tool.
