also the user reporting should include what GFX card they are running and what version drivers. There have been some issues with the Nvidia Drivers of late. this could be a clue to the crashes. (I do not buy all these being user error - I've spent 3 years on frontline / secondline Tech Support.. I've not seen this much from a rollout b4) Kai
