The new models are MUCH better than the P4 models, and they CAN compete with the Millennium Figures - because of the Face Room. However, the standard P5 figures are not as good as the Millennium Figures - however, they do not have Face Room compatibility. So, while they are not as good as the MilModels, they're not far behind, because of the Face Room. ".....is it just a matter of making a nice texture map for the new figures ?" They come with wonderful maps, in P5. "....or should i purchase the new models as well?" I would do this. Get Mike and Vicky and Steph - you won't regret it. Get P5, you won't regret it. Get the best of both worlds. However, it may take you a little bit to save up for them. "......or should i say screw it and just purchase the models and stick with poser 4?" I would probably work towards getting both. You can choose which order. Most of the negative feedback are just learning curve complaints - however, you may want to make sure you have some memory before you get P5. The complaints about the slowness are valid, because it has new features that require more power. I sure could use a 1GB RAM, Pentium 5 right now . . . Ben
