Bob, I'll get through it. The quiet tenant statute and consructive eviction subsections of Ca. 1954 were very revealing. It appears that if I can prove my claims in a court of law my apt. manager could be in BIG trouble, and not allowed to work in housing/management ever again. So in the words of A.E.Neuman "What me Worry?". The hard part is to get it before a judge that actually believes in tenants rights. Tally, I didn't see the pict the first time.
