Sharon, out of curiosity, did you ever run a program from Roxio or Adaptec called CD creator 4 (or even 5)? If so, uninstall it. I'm on a dual boot system, but only have P5 running on Win2k pro. Very stable. I can't say enough about that OS at this point.
