Normally you use programs like rhino or similar only for modelling.than you use uv-mapper( free at www.uvmapper.com) for making a uvmap of your object, a paintprogram for the textures and than you put it all together in poser. by the way, follow the link,at poserpros there is a modelling forum where all those things are covered and great rhinotuts for clothes
