There was one evening when it was fast enough to be enjoyable-- I thought, wow, the upgrades helped-- and one hour later, it was slower than death yet again. I do whole fractals in the time it takes to get a picture up. I know my DSL is criminally slow but I don't know how anybody on dial-up can stand it. I'm usually screaming at the pics after a page.
