Thanks Lin and Eric. I'm going to have to dig deeper into the texture mapping modes and the different settings involved. I finally got a fairly decent wood/moss texture, but I'm sure it shouldnt take 89 clicks and three cups of coffee. I even just now figured out you can have multiple channels set for the same property.. for example channel A, B, and C all for ambience. I can see Bryce is gonna take alot of time to learn. As for Poser, $200???? Yea right! I just blew my software budget with Bryce and Photoshop... for probably the next decade! Looks like it's Miss Terrain for awhile.
