1 - I am not aware that the site has been down at all over the last week or so. We did have some issues due to extremely heavy traffic. Our IT Manager is aware of this and is monitoring the situation. 2 - We will make the image available as soon as possible. Customer Service has been inundated with emails and Tori is doing her utmost to answer everyone as quickly as possible. Further, we are (as far as I know) bringing on additional help to address the workload. 3 - I cannot and will not comment on anything DAZ 4 - Additional content will, I believe, be made available soon.
