Exactly what you stated. :0) If some of the "ranters" did not care what happened to CL or Poser, do you seriously think that they would waste the time and energy to type and point out the flaws so that CL could fix them? It seems the general perception is that if you point out flaws that you are somehow adversarial to the software developers. In reality, though, telling them what they did right is, in effect, doing little to help other than to inflate the ego. Telling them what is wrong gives them the opportunity to examine the areas that need reworking.
