What they mean by "clothing pack and flip hair required" is that to produce the same appearance as the picture in the ad, you will need those things. Vicky comes nude and bald, but there is plenty of free hair out there that looks as good or better than the flip hair and an increasing amount of free, conformable clothing. But the Vicky mesh/figure will work fine. Scarab
