Recycling into Renderosity isn't necessarily the only sign that a product is serving a good purpose. Consider: I got the Bee, and posted exactly one image using him in a scene. For completely unknown reasons, the Bee inspired me to make a hive and a car for him, which I posted and nobody used. But in the process of making those two items, I finally mastered more of Amapi. (It was just too unpleasant to learn under the sign of seriousness.) In turn, that increased learning led to a -significant- improvement in the graphics I produce for serious work! Good products can start a chain of good things, which doesn't always have obvious echoes.
