By the way, the reason my crystal ball suggests that Adobe will win is because there appear to be several judicial admissions from softman that the code was taken and redistrubuted (even if it was "parts" of the code). Code is copywrite. I suspect the adobe attorneys will be bringing a MSJ (Motion for Summary Judgment) immediately after the depos, rogs, and admissions are completed.
