Actually, since they spelled it "alter" nothing gets sacrificed there. Totally unintentionally, they have provided a place where alterations happen and you get to see the serious Magick of METAMORPHOSIS rather than the dreary display provided by a circle of mentally sick men slobbering as a helpless female writhes in terror and pain.
