Get teh face set the way you want it and then set all of the smile, open lips, and other features used for expression rather than actuall shape changes to 0. With thehead selected, spawn morph target. Call this one what ever you want. If you have Morph manager, turn this into a obj and sent it to me. Once I get the new figure I will pull both heads into RDS and start making a new MT for the figure. It may not be perfect depending on the way the vertices are in the new head, but I am fairly good at this type of work... just don't ask me to do creatures from scratch yet.
