It's looking nice however a few things could make it look better. These are just my observations and personal preferences and should just be viewed as so. I've attached a pic of your render with the problem areas that I see need the most work: 1)The cloning on the forehead, sides of forehead (and a bit on the cheeks)is fairly obvious. 2)There are no bottom lashes that I can see and the top lashes seem very short. Also, you may just not have gotten to it but i see that there are no brows either. 3) I'm not sure what's going on with the skin around the corners of her mouth but it seems a bit odd. 4) The skin seems very blotchy with some very light areas where there really shouldn't be and some very dark areas as well (particularly those circled on the attached pic).

Again, just my observations and personal preferences. I'm just trying to help as you've asked for comments/suggestions so don't think I'm being too hard on you. :)
