The blotch under her eye that Pam circled, I like, maybe it could be softened-- don't like the straight lines that are leadimg to it from the nose. VS has put up an awfully good Photographic tutorial on doing this kind of thing on PoserPros. I recommend checking it out. I used his advice when combining textures.
