I've had a different problem with the patch. After I downloaded and installed it, I've not been able to start Carrara. The program locks on the initial Start Up screen, and never goes any further. I re-downloaded the patch, and reinstalled that, but no-go. Can you think of anything I've could have done wrong? It may just be that my computer is messed up (I had to reinstall Windows 98 recently). My plan is to reinstall the original 2.0 version and then reinstall the patch. Unfortunatley, I just moved and haven't found my application CD yet. Argh. So, if you can think of anything that might have gone awry that might be fixable by a configuration edit, it would be greatly appreciated. If not, no bigee, I probably won't die from Carrara withdrawal before I finally find my CD. Of course, if I do, you're outta my will.
