It looks to me like you have 2 hair groups and you're only turning the dials on one of them. Make sure you don't have another group in there. after all your settings on all the groups are how you want them, press "grow guide hairs" again to remove the effects of styling etc. I've gotten straight hair with just the dials so I know it's possible! If it keeps happening, can you post a pic with "show populated" turned off so I can see what the guide hairs are doing? Mary
