Nerd... I looked over your animation "Fried Hair".... seems you were encountering some problems. I haven't figured it all out, but I did manage a small test animation... the hair is fried, but it seems to do the collide thing ok... slides over the shoulders instead of passing through them... check the URL below to see my experiment....
