I defragged and got mine in fighting trim.
PIII Coppermine 600 MHz, only 64 Megs of PC100 RAM,
20 Gig HD, with ATA 66 controller, Nvidia 32 Meg TNT 2, Poser 4.03, Norton virus scanner disabled. Nothing running in the tray.
Good old, no-bullshit Win '98 SE :-)
