Now, here's a real good clue ...

"Okay, I've just tried loading other versions of the P4 Dork. They all have the same missing feet problem."

That would indicate that perhaps your original object (.obj) geometry file (on your HD) has some lines missing ... like for the invisible parts ????

I suggest you reload THAT geometry file from your CD and it should fix your problem.

P.S. The .rsr is only a thumbnail picture and would not affect a figure (or prop) loaded into the studio. Figures (or props) that show the "funny li'l shrugging guy" do not effect the actual object. Try "moving" an .rsr for a known item out of it's folder (put it somewhere else for the time being) and then open Poser, go to the library, load the figure (or prop) whose .rsr you moved and you will find that it loads ok without the .rsr even being there.

P.P.S. A new .rsr will be created if you "save" the figure (or prop) back to the library. You'll get the picture that you see in the "document window" as the thumbnail pic in the library.

Remember ... "With Poser, all things are possible, and poseable!"
