If there are 45 entries, and each of us votes for 3, then, in a sense, we are each saying that there are 42 that don't deserve a vote. Personally, I feel that number is much lower, but 3 is the limit that we could vote for. Nonetheless, that does not mean that I have the right to show my liking for one work by belittling those that I feel don't measure up. If someone had've said that sooner, I might have changed the position of the ships to look more like they were actually in the process of landing, rather than 'coming in'.
