AhHah! Now, here's a new twist (and something I should have checked earlier). All figures will load perfectly normally into a blank scene... it's just when I try and load them into the set (see top picture) that I get the missing feet. So it looks like it is something in the set that is causing the problem. I'm going to try removing objects one by one, then loading Dork, and see what happens. Jack
