Well, the way the figure is mapped is what is creating the problem. There are 2 maps--one for the head and one for the body. In your library, if you choose the Victoria map figure you will get it totally mapped, transmaps and all--easy. If you do it yourself, then you may have to look at the 2 maps to see where things are. For instance, the teeth are on the body map, as are the nipples, the skin, the feet, hands, toenails, fingernails. The head, headskin, eyeballs, eyelashes (including the transmaps for them), ears are all on the head map. So--you must NOT use the 'texture changes apply to all'. YOu will have to assign the various parts to each map--OR choose the VMap as I said above and everything will be mapped correctly. If you create a new texture, then you will have to choose what goes where. Its probably a good thing to look at the maps or templates and you will see what I am talking about and it will make it easier. Diane B
