Hey Hawk, It's just me picking a bit so don't get yer knickers in a bunch! Lightning will usually strike the tallest object, then go to ground. Your lightning looks like you created it in the material editor which is fine, but I would suggest a bit more tweaking so they don't appear so ribbon-like. Love the overall image and effect.
