All I've ever had to hit was the "PrintScrn / Sys Rq" button, open an art program, then use the paste function. I've also used Word and PowerPoint with no problem. I've done this in Windows98, Windows2000 and WindowsXP. Strange how other people have to use different key strokes. Could this difference be a function of the keyboards?
