Correct, If you look at the build number they call the second Patch 5.0.1.241b and the first one 5.0.1.241. It seems logical to call the second patch SR1b. I don't think CL is using this designation, but they released that first patch without testing it and had to immediatly follow up with a second patch. It needs to have a designation because there will be people who only got the first one.
