Hi Andrea and welcome here:-) First of all make sure you use the latest update of Vue d'Esprit. It is 4.1. If not, go to www.e-onsoftware.com for a free update. Second, import your figure as a Pz3 into Vue. Vue 4.1 imports every thing without problem. I suppose you use a PC? Mac users have some problems, but as I don't have a Mac, I could not help you here very much. Please let us know if you can get it right now. :-)Guitta
