Guess I won't be making the 6 o'clock news as a violent criminal. ;) Why do people commit violence? IMO it's because they can't think clearly about what they are feeling. If you are in pain and you focus on hurting someone else, you don't notice your own pain. Maybe that sounds too simplistic to some people, but carrying out violence is as much a distraction from pain as drink, drugs, overeating, sex, shopping and watching TV. Lin
