Thanks H2, now when you say scale it down do you mean in the working window with the scaleing tool or with the clipping bracket in the terrain editor? I also thought that there might have been some loss in the jpeg compression, the above greys were converted from jpeg to tiff. do you have a preference of formats to use when doing this kinda work? should I blur less and clip and smooth more in Bryce?
